School Violence Topic of Seminar at California Lutheran University
Police officers, campus law enforcement and educators from across Ventura County spent the day Wednesday learning about school violence and how to prepare for and prevent it.
Retired Army Special Agent James Biesterfeld, who now runs Sovereign Executive Services security consulting firm in Riverside County, was the guest speaker at a seminar at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks.
