Insight Tactics was founded by veterans of the U.S. Military Intelligence Corps and has evolved through time to our current iteration, which has as its primary operational standards the concepts of integrity, honor, giving back to the community and dedication to providing MI Corps veterans a workplace in which they retain the pride of belonging to an excellent organization.  Insight Tactics provides training to federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, private security forces (such as university campus police) and others who will benefit from superb training, delivered by subject matter experts who are recognized around the world as the preeminent experts in their field.  Due to the nature of the training we offer, Insight Tactics hires only veterans of the intelligence community who have distinguished themselves in service, and have demonstrated a desire to uphold our corporate ideals.  Our trainers and management adhere to the highest standards of professionalism in who they are as trainers, members of their community and in their follow up with clients.

Insight Tactics has declared a return to the days of corporate management that is employee oriented, community based and dedicated to providing an excellent product.  By way of example, Insight Tactics has established a policy of contributing 10% of the gate from our law enforcement seminars to the hosting unit's charity of choice.  Our CEO's salary is capped at a maximum of three (3) times the salary of the lowest professional employee's salary to ensure that Insight Tactics remains a viable, growth oriented company while striving to maintain integrity and honor as our operational standards.
