Addressing representatives from numerous organizations and agencies, he is spreading the word about the ability of companies to minimize their exposure for theft and corporate espionage by implementing simple but uncommonly found procedures and integrating them into their current security and organizational apparatus.

In early 2008, Mr. Finlan realized there was a startling lack of quality training in intelligence and counter-terrorism for our first responders within the U.S. Upon further investigation, he was also made aware that there is also insufficient intelligence analysis training for those elements which support our first responders with information.
